Improvement completed with a custom implant for a wide nose T_T~~

My deviated septum and wide nose have finally been improved into a functional-aesthetic nose at [Clinic A]... T_T The nose filler I had done gradually made my nose spread wider over time, so before surgery it looked especially wide from the front compared with the side. I had slightly reduced my alar width before when I had philtrum reduction, but I always wondered how it could stay the same. I realized nose surgery was the answer. It definitely seems that lifting the tip makes the nose look more centered and prettier. On top of that, I had been dealing with severe nasal congestion and constant headaches. I wanted to fix the functional side as well, so I went to an otolaryngology hospital for a consultation, and [Clinic A] had a nose shape that looked aesthetically refined and pretty, so I had surgery there haha After the consultation, they completely dissolved the existing filler and proceeded with surgery. The director recommended a custom implant plus septum combination, and also performed osteotomy so the nasal bridge would not look too wide or bulky~ Functionally, they corrected the deviated septum properly. Now the side profile lifts up so nicely and looks beautiful, which I really like. In particular, when seen from the front, the nose looks slimmer, so the whole mood is completely different. My mouth looks less protruded too, and people around me keep saying my face looks so much smaller lol haha
