My nose is small and low, so I wanted to improve the flat, youthful-looking feel and the way it spreads when I smile. But I wanted something natural rather than overly glamorous, so after a lot of research online and in person, I decided to have surgery with Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery because it matched exactly what I wanted and the consultation and aftercare were so thorough! The surgery used a custom implant, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. After surgery, my vague-looking facial features improved, and the front view and especially the side view changed a lot, so I am very, very satisfied. It definitely improved the weak points, but because the result stayed natural and did not drastically change the image of my nose, I feel like I made a really good choice by having surgery at Between. I recommend it if you are pursuing a natural result 👍🏻
