I had my nose done twice, but it bent again and started to droop, so I was seriously losing my mind.. The first surgery used silicone and ear cartilage, but it bent, and I had revision surgery too, but this time it even started to droop.. I wanted a definite correction, so I went with autologous costal cartilage... I went to a plastic surgery clinic through a recommendation from an acquaintance, and Director Park Jeong-heum explained why it had bent while looking at my previous surgical state. He also checked the tissue condition, and said this time he would use autologous costal cartilage as support while also lengthening the nose. My nose had been bothering me so much that I could not really take anything in, but he still explained everything carefully while checking each point, so I did hear him out.. Anyway, after the surgery, the bending and drooping were corrected, and the nose length was also refined. From the side, it looked much straighter than before, which surprised me a bit, and so far I am highly satisfied.
