A bit gross, sorry. I pulled out the packing yesterday and finally saw the light. When I woke up, it felt like my nose was full of mucus T_T While washing up, I softened it a bit with steam, then put a few drops of individually packaged sterile saline into my nose to soften it more. Then I put a sterile cotton swab into my nose, gently rotated it while trying not to touch the mucous membrane as much as possible, and pulled it out, and the mucus came with it. After surgery, the mucus gets sticky, so I guess this is possible. It was like this after my first surgery too T_T lol I can breathe again I can live now. Whew haha
