I had costal cartilage placed as the septal support, and to correct bulbous nose I also tied the cartilage a little too tightly, so the tip feels a bit pinched. I do not want to lower the bridge, only slightly lower the tip and release the tied area. Will that bring the nostrils back to a round shape??
