Nose Re-Surgery

Remove nasal columella support?

I had the bridge and tip of my nose done entirely with autologous costal cartilage, and after surgery my facial impression changed in such a weird way that I am thinking about removal. Was an autologous costal cartilage nasal columella support? structure made there, so is the support part marked in yellow extremely hard? I do not want to leave anything in my nose, and I want to go back to my old impression, so I am thinking about complete removal. That part was very short, but if it was lengthened with a hard support and then removed completely, it will not cause the columella to retract inward or the nose to collapse, right? I am really worried.
