It has already been 3 months since my open rhinoplasty + osteotomy + alar reduction! As time has passed, the swelling has really gone down noticeably, and the overall line has settled in so naturally that it feels like part of my face. Especially compared with the 2-month mark, the residual swelling at the tip has gone down even more, so the side profile looks smooth and refined, and I feel so satisfied every time I look in the mirror. At first I wondered if parts of it looked a little awkward, but now it sits so naturally on my face that I actually enjoy taking photos haha The parts that once felt a bit off when seen from the front were stressing me out, but after surgery everything improved and the face now feels like it has a clean balance in terms of space and proportions?? My alae really shrank in such a natural way that my makeup and selfies feel completely different! People around me also keep saying my impression looks clearer and my vibe has become more polished, so I am really happy. It is probably not 100% the final line yet, but even at 3 months I am this satisfied, so that says it all. I am already excited to see how much prettier it will look once the remaining swelling fully goes away haha
