Before surgery, I had nose filler treatment, and after worrying about it for several years, I finally decided to go ahead with surgery! I was not particularly unhappy with the shape of my nose to begin with, so I was thinking of making it as natural as possible and just raising the tip slightly. Dr. Lee Ji-hwan explained the surgical direction in a way that matched exactly what I wanted, so I decided to have the surgery at Between Plastic Surgery. And the most satisfying part was that, unlike other hospitals, they did not push silicone for the bridge no matter what. Instead, they looked at my CT scan and explained everything in as much detail as possible toward making it naturally prettier. They were even honest enough to tell me that if I used silicone, my midface might look longer, which I appreciated! The surgical materials were: nasal bridge (no implant) + tip - septal cartilage + ear cartilage + nasolabial angle correction + short nose correction + bulbous nose correction + slight hump refinement + cartilage graft to the nasal bridge + filling the step on the dorsum + osteotomy, and I am very satisfied now!!
