: ) It has been three months since my autologous costal cartilage nose surgery, but it already looks less like a fake nose! lol My expression is becoming more natural every time I smile. I had a lot of deliberation about whether to have osteotomy as well, but I’m glad the rhinoplasty is going so well, just as I wanted. Since it’s a surgery that works on the bone, I was worried a lot that the recovery might go badly, but it turned out better than I expected, so I feel relieved.
