Most of the minor swelling is gone. I had surgery because the bridge had a dorsal hump and the tip had wide, flared nostrils, which were my complexes. The aesthetic I was going for was a lovely straight-but-slightly-raised line, haha. So I used silicone, donor rib cartilage, and autologous cartilage, and had dorsal hump correction, nasolabial angle correction, columella lengthening, alar reduction, and one functional nose procedure as well. In addition, I also had forehead filler and front cheekbone filler together, which brought back some facial volume. Once the nose and facial contours both came through, I heard a lot more from people around me that I had gotten prettier, not just in photos. The pulling feeling in my columella has eased a lot, and the sensation when touching my nose is better than before. It may not be completely settled yet, but I do not think there will be a big change from the current shape. Unless something unusual happens, I probably will not have a reason to write another review, haha. Very satisfied!!
