My natural nose had a larger left alar cartilage and was bent to the left. But after surgery, the skin in that area bulged out like that. In the post below, someone asked whether skin sticking out meant inflammation, right? It feels like that for me too, except it's the alar cartilage area that's protruding...? I'm 3 months post-op, and now that the swelling is going down I can see it T_T What should I do... (The photo was taken from the back) And when I use a cold mask pack or shower with hot water, only the ear cartilage graft site turns pale white. Is that part recovering?
