I had my second revision nose surgery at Made Young Plastic Surgery. I had my first rhinoplasty 6 years ago, but as time passed I started to notice the silicone step-off a little, and the tip was also looking like it was gradually dropping, so I decided to go ahead with a revision. Since this was a re-revision, it was my third nose surgery, so I did a lot of careful research online and in person before choosing the clinic director, who is known as a master of nose surgery. This time, the procedure used silicone plus autologous costal cartilage, and the plan was to extend the tip a bit more. Before going into surgery, they kept checking my name and the surgical area, and they gave thorough instructions about cleanliness, which made me feel a lot more at ease! Even while I was in recovery after the surgery, the director came in from time to time to check my condition, which also put me at ease. Thank you, Director Lee Byung-hoe.. On the first and second day after surgery, my nose was blocked because of the packing, so breathing was a little hard, but other than that it wasn't as difficult as I expected. I'm still recovering, but I can already see that the tip is longer than before and the line has been refined exactly the way I like it, so I'm really, really happy!!
