I wasn't happy with my bulbous nose correction, so I went clinic-hopping for revision surgery

It wasn't simply a problem with the first surgery clinic, because my own stubbornness also got mixed in during the design, so I feel like my nose turned out this way. I don't plan to ask for any aftercare, and going back to the clinic where I had my first surgery is also uncomfortable... I won't go into details, but to put it simply, in my case they said I would need rib cartilage to control the bulbous-nose look -> using rib cartilage in the first surgery felt burdensome, so I ended up getting ear cartilage -> the bulbous-nose correction was not satisfying -> and I also wanted to adjust the height and line design a little, so I'm now looking into revision surgery 2 years after my first operation. Current nose condition: as I said, the bulbous-nose correction is incomplete, but the height has gone up, so the nose actually looks bigger and more prominent. The line was done in a straight-to-slightly-curved style, but if it can be corrected to look slimmer, I want a line that's a little curved rather than perfectly straight. I visited a total of 3 places, but I still haven't decided, and while posting revision-surgery reviews I'm also seeing how people react in the comments. I thought writing things out might help me organize my thoughts, so I'm just jotting this down ㄷㄷㅇ [Doctor A] The explanation of my current problems was very thorough. They said, just as I thought, this nose couldn't be controlled with only septal cartilage plus ear cartilage. I didn't know this, but they also said there was a bit of drooping (the moment I heard that, I thought it was good I didn't keep putting off the revision consultation because I was being lazy). Here I was recommended autologous rib cartilage. The design felt more glamorous than natural? Anyway, I had been thinking about donor rib cartilage rather than autologous rib cartilage, but then again, if I think the other way, I ended up like this because I didn't want rib cartilage used in the first surgery, so maybe I should just use my own rib cartilage... Autologous rib cartilage sounds so painful -> but it's mine, so it's safer -> won't it end up too slim this time? -> but from a maintenance standpoint it seems like the best option... my head is just stuck in an endless loop like that. Also, the price is on the higher side, and I had to wait a long time just to get the consultation, and it seems like I'd have to wait even longer for surgery. I want to get it as soon as possible, but the timing is a bit awkward. [Clinic B] [Doctor B] This style of explanation was realistic. The initial design they made felt a bit natural to me. I said I wanted 4 to 5 mm this time because 3 mm was placed in the first surgery, and they did revise it, but it still felt generally natural? And it definitely felt like they had a lot of revision-surgery experience. The explanation was clean and straightforward. Oh, and this applies to all three places: is there a trend now where they don't push same-day booking anymore? I really hate that kind of atmosphere where I feel pressured to refuse, so thankfully none of these three places did that. [Clinic C] [Doctor C] I saw a case in the review photos where, like me, the bulbous-nose correction was incomplete and the person came back for revision surgery, so I booked a consultation. Here they recommended septal cartilage plus donor rib cartilage. I asked whether the septal cartilage had already been used once in the first surgery and could still be used again, and they said that in most cases it can be used about twice, though there are slight individual differences. But they said they only gave that estimate because they had looked over everything carefully by touch and inspection first. They didn't do a CT separately, so when I asked the coordinator about it, she said that even if they scanned, the result could still differ at surgery, and taking too many scans isn't good either, so they would do imaging on the surgery day itself. There was a same-day booking discount, but again, they absolutely did not push it and told me to take my time and look around before coming back. The coordinator there was also the kindest of the places I visited Honestly, I'm torn between [Clinic A] and [Clinic C], but in my situation which choice would be smarter... As for materials, if I want what I want, I could get surgery anywhere, but when I look at the review photos, each place has something I like, so it's even harder to decide. My friend says to choose based on instinct, but this isn't some game...;;; They said they can't use too much cartilage for the nose, so I need to be more careful, but if it were their own nose would they say the same...
