Even before surgery I had asymmetry, but after the first operation, the columella became more and more crooked over time, and I hated how the asymmetry stood out. So when I said I hoped it could at least be less noticeable, even if not perfectly symmetrical, Dr. Jung Jin-wook said he would make it that way and designed it to match the cute, rounded impression I wanted.
Also, before revision surgery, my profile made my forehead look sunken, my mouth looked very protrusive, and my nose drooped when I smiled, and he improved all of that too. My previously pointed nostrils became a little rounder, and the asymmetry improved compared with before, so I am satisfied. After surgery, the hospital also helped with swelling and skin care and checked my progress regularly, which was nice. I recommend DL Plastic Surgery to anyone considering revision rhinoplasty!
