I really had it done to look very natural. I made before-and-after comparison photos from every angle, and even though I went for a natural result, the difference is definitely there. From the side, my forehead was also broad but flat, so it looked plain, but once I had my nose done and fat grafting at the same time, a line finally appeared. That is why people say they do rhinoplasty and fat grafting together. My nose was short, upturned, and small, but after surgery it changed into a generally neat, compact nose, so I am very satisfied. It has been a little over 3 weeks now, and aside from the area between the eyes, I did not have much swelling. Also, as the swelling from the fat grafting gradually goes down, I keep feeling a bit regretful... So since they said it is not good to overdo it from the start, I am planning to add enough at the second procedure so I will not regret it!!
