Review after trying on my nose 3 times At last I like it after getting it at VN

Ah~~~ I really have soooo much to say when I start talking about nose surgery;; Anyone who’s had nose work can probably relate, but if you go into surgery with high expectations and then don’t like the design, you end up getting seriously mentally wrecked right away. I also didn’t know much the first time, got an open approach surgery, and then because the hump wasn’t properly improved, I had revision surgery 2 years later using donor dermis with a closed approach. When I was researching revision surgery, I was being picky while looking up all kinds of information, and I went into surgery thinking this would really be the last time. But maybe using donor dermis was the problem, because now even my bridge looks lower and the tip looks chubby like Ralph from Wreck-It Ralph;; On top of that, if you look at the front view, doesn’t the nose also look a little crooked??? Because of that, my nostrils look uneven, so my nose looked like it had obviously been operated on (like someone whose surgery failed), and a second revision was basically inevitable for me. Honestly, I wanted to do the revision again with a closed approach this time too, so I looked mainly for places that are good at closed revision rhinoplasty, but after going around for consultations, most places said that if I did closed approach, the points I wanted to improve wouldn’t really be fixed properly. Here too, Director O Seung-il recommended open surgery, and since I already had a septal extension done before, and I also needed correction for a crooked nose and uneven nostrils, I ended up doing it at VN because their explanation was the most detailed. But after surgery I found out there was some foreign material in my nose;; Luckily the director said they removed it, and the tip was extended and corrected again using donated costal cartilage plus septum. Other hospitals said the septum I had already used probably couldn’t be reused, but here they said they reused as much as possible and reinforced it with donated costal cartilage. And if there are any of you worrying about dermis, I recommend using cartilage granules instead of dermis.... There may be differences in skill, but cartilage granules feel more natural, and the surgery itself seems to have less swelling. I was someone whose eyes even swelled up after the first surgery;;; I removed the splint myself at home on day 3 while looking in the mirror, and it was more manageable than I expected. What’s clear is that I had less swelling than the first time, so I suffered less mentally, and my nose overall changed to a more three-dimensional straight-but-slightly-curved line, which I’m satisfied with..... And I finally got rid of the nostril-related mental torment, so it feels like I finally got the nose I wanted after 3 surgeries.. Thinking about all the time and money I wasted gives me such a horrible sense of emptiness..... How does it look to everyone.....?? At this point, I think I can graduate from nose surgery, right? It was really hard finding a specialist director.......
