My nose isn't exactly low, but the hump and the way the tip looks spread out from the front are stressing me out, so I booked consultations with [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C]. But I heard that if a man's nose is made too high, it can look very obvious, so I'm thinking about making it as subtle as possible. After looking into it, I saw a lot of talk about autologous costal cartilage too, but do people usually recommend it even for a first surgery? I'd like to hear how people who have been to those clinics had it explained to them.
