What bothered me most was that my nostrils were too visible from the front, and even though the tip was slim, my nose looked big overall, so I'd been worrying about it for a long time, T_T lol I was hesitant about putting implants into my nose and wanted to keep things as natural as possible, so after looking around I ended up having no-implant surgery at [Clinic A]. After surgery, my nostrils are less visible and my alar base is smaller, so the whole nose definitely looks smaller..!!! My tip feels more refined than before too, but without looking pointy or artificial, which I really like. Because there is no implant, I also like that there's no hard foreign-body feeling when I touch it. It also seems like a plus that I can maintain the result long term without worrying about an implant. I feel like it'll turn out even better as time passes, so I'm looking forward to that lol I'm already very satisfied!
