I had nose surgery somewhere else before, but the result was really bad. I didn't even know what material had been used, and in the end I was left with a crooked nose, a tip that had contracted, and from the side it looked flat and straight, which was frustrating. My nose was ruined, and the stress was really... I went to consultations at a few other hospitals too, but all they said was that the nose I wanted would be difficult... At Mighty Plastic Surgery, they explained the limit of how much the skin could stretch and separated what could and could not be improved within that. They decided to lower the bridge a little from the previous result and work on the tip and columella. You can see that my nose now sits more naturally with my face. The once flat-looking impression feels less suffocating, and overall the balance is improving. I had been very stressed because of my nose, so for a revision surgery, this feels worth it.
