About 6 years ago I had nose surgery and was doing well without any problems, but one day I looked at my nose and something about it bothered me. So I visited as many clinics as I could, and most doctors said it was not really necessary to do anything. I was thinking maybe this was just the limit. Then I happened to learn about a surgery called alar base lift, and I became convinced that even this alone would make a dramatic difference for my nose. I booked a consultation and had surgery on the earliest available date. The result makes me very satisfied, and these days people around me often say I somehow look more refined, though they would not know unless I told them. Overall, the process was much easier than my nose surgery, and the result is very satisfying.
