When I read removal reviews, there are lots of stories like it looked more upturned than before, became shorter, spread out more, or that they are satisfied because it feels like a middle ground between their original nose and their surgical nose. But for most of them, about eight out of ten, they never come back at all after that. Do they just accept it and go on living? Or did most of the people who said it was upturned eventually get better with time? I also want full removal because of the foreign-body sensation, but since my nose was already a bit short and upturned, I am scared too...
