I have severe bridge pain and thinning skin, so I consulted several clinics. (They said it is not inflammation.) The doctors all agreed on removing the silicone from the nose and keeping the nasal tip supported by the septum. Some places said to build up the bridge with Megaderm, and some said that if I really want to put something in the bridge, autologous dermis is best. They said my nasal skin is too thin right now and adding anything would be bad. If I were to add anything, they said to put autologous dermis all the way to the tip too (dermis from the buttock), as a way to reinforce the skin. It looks like there is silicone about 2 mm thick in there, and the bridge itself is very low, so I need to add something.
What would be best to put in? I am not even asking for it to be high, I would be satisfied if it were just like it is now... Could Megaderm have side effects too? I am really worried T_T
