Is there anyone like me.. The thing that gets inserted in a straight line under the nose, the columellar support or whatever it is, was placed too low from the very beginning, so the starting point of my nostrils got pulled downward and the amount of nostril show became severely excessive.. I originally had surgery to make my nose longer and keep my nostrils from showing because of a saddle nose, but after surgery the amount of exposure got even worse, and I want to die.. I can't have another surgery right away and have to wait 6 months, but I'm also doing an internship at work, so I keep having to wear a mask at the office and even eating lunch alone feels awkward... Has anyone experienced a case like mine........

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 16 For those who had silicone removed after hump reduction osteotomy, I’m curious about the result
My nose had a hump from birth, and the bridge and tip were low, so it was a hump nose. But when I got my surgical records this time, it looks like they probably did a hump reduction osteotomy. It says in English that the hump was removed…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 16 Do they also remove fat and trim the alar cartilage during bulbous nose correction?
Ugh, they said they raised the tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage and also did bulbous nose correction, but after looking it up a bit, I found that during bulbous nose correction they also remove fat and sometimes trim the alar…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 16 2 months after full removal due to hematoma and inflammation
I haven't logged in for a while, but since today marks exactly 2 months, I wanted to leave an update. My nose is still lifted, but the stiff feeling seems to have improved a bit. If the beginning was 100, now it's maybe around 70 to 80…
