My nose had a hump from birth, and the bridge and tip were low, so it was a hump nose. But when I got my surgical records this time, it looks like they probably did a hump reduction osteotomy. It says in English that the hump was removed with an osteotome. Shit It looks like they also did a lateral osteotomy along with the hump reduction osteotomy... For those like me who had a low bridge, then had the silicone removed after hump reduction osteotomy, did your bridge become a lot more blunt? Or was it still acceptable to look at?
