Ugh, they said they raised the tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage and also did bulbous nose correction, but after looking it up a bit, I found that during bulbous nose correction they also remove fat and sometimes trim the alar cartilage... I can kind of understand fat, since scar tissue or fat can fill in or settle there too, but resecting the alar cartilage is insane, right? People say then you have to do repair work with ear cartilage or something, and I’m seriously overwhelmed
