Has anyone lowered the nose tip while leaving the tip support in place? After my first nose surgery, my nose was lifted more than my original nose shape. There was a place that suggested removing the silicone while keeping the nose tip support and using my own cartilage to bring the lifted tip down, but I’ve seen full removals before and I haven’t seen any reviews like this
