I had my first surgery about 3 years ago at a big famous hospital with the head director.. Aside from the shape, my nose gets blocked and I get a lot of scabs, so I have to clean inside my nose with cotton swabs every dayㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ sigh Before that, I really never got boogers, so I used to tell my friends, “Maybe I just don’t get scabs~~”ㅋㅋㅋ (Before surgery, I think it was because I just blew my nose hard in the shower and also blew it hard with tissues) Anyway, I had zero functional problems, and then they appeared The shape also became really way too long, and when I smile my nose becomes like an arrow, so I look like a witch ㅜㅜㅜㅜ I’m seriously stressedㅜ And my nose is gradually becoming crooked, and my nostrils are uneven too. Because it’s crooked, when I take photos from the left and right, even the nose height gives a totally different impression I had only been thinking about revision surgery, but now I’m slowly starting to seriously think about revision surgery and look into hospitals.. Writing it out like this, it’s a total messㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Would looking into complete removal be the most mentally comfortable option?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
