During my first surgery, I had osteotomy done naturally, but because I need to lower the silicone implant, I’m worried it may look spread out, so I’m thinking of having a repeat osteotomy. But one out of the 5 hospitals strongly advised against it. It did end up somewhat asymmetrical, and the hospital I’m currently booked with says 1 mm is possible. I’m wondering whether a 1 mm difference would be big, and whether people who’ve had repeat osteotomy were okay ㅜㅜ Most places advise against osteotomy.. sigh

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
