The staff were kind. The doctor looks at your face right before the procedure and then starts the treatment. The staff also did a procedure like Shurink for me.. Is that not something a doctor should do? It did not work at all. I feel like I just wasted money for nothing. It did not seem professional at all. They even tried to push other surgeries on me
