I recently had my fifth revision nose surgery with Director Jung Jae-hyun of Dream Plastic Surgery. Fifteen years ago I had a silicone augmentation with a very high level of satisfaction at a plastic surgery clinic in Cheongdam-dong, but within a year I suffered severe complications. For three years I moved from hospital to hospital, repeating consultations and procedures and surgeries, and after developing severe contracture symptoms I waited ten years until the tissue softened. First of all, the director's consultation was excellent, and he also handled follow-up care and progress consultations very well. The treatment staff and nurses were also kind and took good care of me, so I was satisfied. However, the explanation and attitude of the consultation manager were not satisfactory. I was dissatisfied that scheduling and the parts that needed detailed discussion were explained very weakly, and that incorrect information was shared. That part was very disappointing.
