The manager had a warm, aunt-like kind of kindness. It was my first surgery, so I didn't know much, but they explained everything carefully. But there is pressure to pay a deposit (well, most plastic surgery clinics are like that, so I just accepted it) I didn't come prepared with many questions, so my consultation with the doctor was pretty short. It would probably be better to go in with some questions ready.
