I first came across them on YouTube and watched a lot of their videos, so I built up trust and visited. I was satisfied with both the consultation with the manager and the consultation with the director, and the director gave the impression that they would not recommend surgery unless it was really necessary? They gave me confidence that they would proceed safely with the minimum necessary surgery. However, because patient before-and-after photos and promotional material are lacking, there is absolutely no way to predict how the surgery will be done or what kind of cases might come out, and I think that is a downside.
