I liked that they were quick to tell me exactly what they planned to do even though I didn't even ask about aftercare. I didn't get a CT scan, but they explained my current nose condition in detail, and I was thinking about reducing the alar base because the nostrils were the problem. They said that if I reduced the alar base, my nostrils were small, so the nasal tip would end up looking even thicker. I was very glad they told me exactly which surgery I should or shouldn't get. But there weren't as many male reviews as I expected, so I couldn't keep my expectations too high for the surgery.
