I was a little surprised that the hospital was smaller than I expected. Maybe because it was a hospital with a strong word-of-mouth reputation, there was a bit of a wait, but the consultant was so !!!!!!!!!! incredibly!!!!!!! kind that I almost forgot I had waited at all. I visited a lot of hospitals, but I think this was the only place where the consultant was that kind.
The director also listened to the direction I wanted, shaped the line well, and answered everything I was curious about. I couldn't really remember the line, so I kept asking them to reshape it, and they did it well, filtering out what was necessary and what wasn't. That said, if I go ahead with surgery, the schedule seems fully booked, so I'm torn!
