Since I went when there were no customers, the director spent a very long time consulting with me and told me a lot about the surgery process, the method, and things to watch out for after surgery. I went saying I wanted a forehead lift, but they said it was not a necessary case, so my trust level went up. The safety and thoroughness of the surgery are definitely solid, but the consultation on the design side was short, so that was disappointing
