I needed to bring my breasts together, so they recommended a lower-incision method that would make that easier, and said they use water-dissection to make the surgery painless and allow for fast recovery. The cost seems a bit high, but if I had the money, I'd want to get it done here.. But if I do the lower incision, I'm also worried the scar might be noticeable, so that's the part I'm thinking about. No other pressure or anything! Very kind, and virtual surgery is available.
