Since I went when there were no customers, the director spent a really long time consulting with me, and he explained a lot about the procedure, the method, and precautions after surgery. I had gone in saying I wanted a forehead lift, but he told me it wasn’t a case where it was absolutely necessary, which increased my trust. The safety and thoroughness were definitely solid, but the consultation on the design side was short, so that was disappointing
