The director is kind and really nice, but the desk staff are so rude. When a patient/customer asks a question, they get visibly annoyed, and when the customer sits down feeling embarrassed, they giggle among themselves. Still, the director is famous for being good at surgery, and the nose line seems pretty too.. But they only insist on autologous costal cartilage... so I'm debating whether I should go through with it or not.
