It’s day 33 since I had surgery with osteotomy and nasal tip cartilage repositioning, and the area between my nasal tip and columella, I guess you’d call it the column, feels so tight Is there anyone with symptoms similar to mine?? Around when will it get better.. I can’t even pronounce the “o” sound, and I can’t drink beverages through a straw, so it’s really hard.
