I came after a consultation, and they said there was no need to do nose surgery and were negative about it in general. They recommended the eyes and cheek area more than the nose, and said my nose isn't that big, but it looks bigger because the balance between the eyes, mouth, and nose isn't right. That seemed right to me too.
