Maybe because I went there following an acquaintance, they did not look at me in much detail. The basic surgery method was the same, and they also mentioned correcting the columella. It felt like silicone had to be inserted no matter what, and they looked at me too briefly for me to get a sense of the hospital. It seems like the aftercare here is extremely good.
