I only looked for places that do very natural results no matter what (absolutely not flashy)
1. It’s been a while since the consultation, so I don’t remember the exact price. An acquaintance was getting surgery here, so I went along and got a consultation, and they didn’t really go into that much detail for me. They say this place has good aftercare. They offer 3 years of A/S, and every time my acquaintance went, they kept giving swelling injections and checked things carefully, so it seems good for people who value aftercare. For me, they recommended bulbous nose correction using ear cartilage + silicone for the nasal bridge + alar base reduction + columella correction. Only this place mentioned columella correction, so I felt like they were paying attention to the columella too. Because of that, when I went for consultations at other hospitals, I asked about the columella first.
2. I couldn’t consult with the director, so that was disappointing from the start. Since it’s a large hospital, the waiting time for consultation was long, and I couldn’t choose the surgery date I wanted; I had to wait more than a month. I only consulted with the consultant, and she explained things clearly. She said ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction would be done, and alar base reduction should be decided after consulting with the director. They matched the price the same for cash and card. A/S is 2 years.
3. Among the reviews I saw in photos, I liked the line here the most. This was also the only place that took photos of my face during the consultation, put them up, and explained things with them. The consultant calmly tried to find and show me cases with nose shapes similar to mine, and she also explained the surgical method well with a PPT. In other reviews, people say the director is scary, but I’m not sure. They were exactly gentle but also said what needed to be said clearly, without overdoing it. Unlike other people, I wanted a lower nasal bridge, but the doctor actually suggested using taller silicone. And only this place told me I don’t have a bulbous nose. They said a bulbous nose means the nasal tip lobule has to be large, but mine is small, and it only looks that way because my nasal alae are large. For the surgical method, they said they would use ear cartilage, and alar base reduction would be optional. A/S is 1 year, the shortest here. The hospital facilities and staff friendliness were generally good.
4. Here, the doctor was very confident about noses. They said they perform rhinoplasty while accurately considering even the size of the face, and they even had me move to another room, lie down, and checked inside my nose. This was the first place that checked inside my nose while I was lying down like that. Because of rhinitis or breathing issues, they said osteotomy was absolutely not possible, and suggested using ear cartilage and putting in silicone 3 mm. They said if I personally dislike silicone, they could also do it without an implant, and that whether or not to use silicone is not decided by the doctor but is my own choice. The hospital facilities, consultant, and so on didn’t feel especially neat or polished, but I trusted the doctor the most. They also tried to adjust the price as much as possible. This place had absolutely none of that discount-for-writing-a-review thing. Even when I asked first, they said their hospital doesn’t do that, and if I write a review, they give a treatment as a bonus. The fact that they run the hospital without review-writing discounts actually made them seem more trustworthy. A/S is 2 years. If trust in the doctor themself matters more to you than satisfaction with the facilities or hospital staff, I recommend this place.
