<Current> After <About 3 weeks after surgery> Before <Before surgery> Low nose, slightly hump nose, short nose
They used septal cartilage together with ear cartilage
They used septal extension surgery
I was looking forward to it when the splint was removed, but the nasal bridge was swollen, so the bridge was higher than the nasal tip. I was depressed because it looked like a witch nose. (It’s okay now) When I came home and looked closely, my nose seemed crooked From below, the nostrils were uneven too My throat and the inside of my nose were always dry The area where ear cartilage was harvested was too noticeable
Even now, 1.5 years later, my nostrils are uneven and my nose is crooked The line was planned as straight-to-semi-beaked, but now the nasal tip has dropped, so it became straight
Still, it’s better than before surgery, and although the nose shape isn’t 100%, I think it’s not bad
I told the hospital where I had surgery that my nose was crooked and that the protruding part inside my nose was uncomfortable They said it wasn’t very crooked. They said nothing could be done about the protruding part. They said nothing could be done about the ear being noticeable either. They said everything was fine and couldn’t be helped.
I really do not recommend the hospital..
The things I’m unhappy about are the crooked nose, different nostrils, and the nose being fixed so it doesn’t move freely
Do I regret the surgery? -> No. But I think I chose the wrong hospital Am I considering revision surgery? Yes. I’m going to have revision surgery.
I do not recommend septal extension surgery
