I saw it in a community, and since this would be a third-plus revision surgery, I narrowed places down and am in the middle of consultations. At Yoo1il, for the first time, I had a CT? X-ray taken, and only now did I find out how many millimeters of silicone are in my nose. I had surgery twice 10 years ago using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but right after each surgery my nasal bridge was crooked again, the columella was crooked, and silicone had been placed high from the start between the eyebrows, so I didn’t like it. But I had both surgeries at a large hospital in the Pagoda Building in Gangnam, and back then they said they would put in about 3.5 to 3 mm. Only today did I find out that a high silicone implant close to 5 mm is inside. The director said we definitely need to lower the height and use ear cartilage again plus a little AlloDerm at the nasal tip, but I haven’t decided yet and I think I’ll visit two or three more places for consultations.
