Very professional. They touched my nose and lifted it with a cotton swab, then said it had been injured and bent, and that the right side was dead.. They lifted the tip of my nose and checked the angle. *They said to leave the dorsal hump alone* *They said absolutely not to touch the bridge of the nose!* They hated the idea of becoming a Gangnam pretty face and looking unnatural They said they would use ear cartilage and fat grafting (thigh harvest with stem cells!) They said they would put the remaining fat into the forehead too (forehead fat grafting) - with no extra cost! The thing about the nose bending when smiling and becoming a hooked nose was because the smiling tip muscle is big, so they said it needs to be cut. They said even after surgery the bent shape of the nose would remain, and there would be a scar on the tip of the nose. The surgery would take about 1.5 hours (they said recovery would be fine in 2 to 3 weeks) They boosted my confidence by saying I was naturally beautiful.. and said that if they just lifted the tip angle a bit, it would be pretty! I really liked the director and he is a specialist.. He really hates unnatural, Gangnam-pretty style.. I am going to get more consultations elsewhere and then decide
