I visited dozens of clinics just for nose consultations, and if I had gone here first, I think I wouldn’t have spent that much time and effort running around. The doctor wasn’t especially friendly or unfriendly, but the diagnosis of my nose was accurate.. He said that if I had the kind of cartilage suturing that other places do commonly, it could lead to nasal valve stenosis, so I should not do cartilage suturing.. He said most hospitals have one method and force the patient to fit that method.. He also personally looked at before-and-after photos for cases like mine, and although he pursues a natural-looking nose, there was still a certain degree of difference between the before and after photos. I’m hesitating because they don’t use silicone and instead use autologous dermis, and because aftercare seems like it would be lacking compared with some larger hospitals, but if I become convinced about the autologous dermis, I think I’d do it here.
