I got Shurink. It worked well on the day I received it, but I'm not sure how long it lasts. The clinic didn't feel like a hospital and was a bit unusual. Since it is honestly hard for procedures to have effects that last a long time, I think it's cost-effective as a way to keep up regular maintenance.
