I had the procedure about 2 months ago. The consultation itself was done by the manager, and I did not get a separate consultation with the doctor. I got Shrink chin treatment, chin Botox, and a facial fat-dissolving injection(?), but at the time of the procedure the staff were also confused and disorganized, and they even forgot one of the injections. Only after the doctor pointed it out did they finally take care of it. The facility itself was also too cramped, so it was uncomfortable.
