I had surgery in 2011. Back then I did not know much, so I had the surgery without knowing things like how many millimeters of silicone or anything about the columella, and so on. In the end, my complex was not improved, so I am considering revision surgery, but I did not have side effects or contracture for a long time. They made it look natural and were kind.
