The consultation manager was also very kind, and the director was not especially warm, but seemed confident and likely to do a clean job. The photos were generally okay too. However, for revision surgery, if there is no septal cartilage, they said it would definitely have to be costal cartilage, so I am worried. They said reused material cannot be used at all.
